What's New in Kingsoft Free Office 2013

The first thing you see when you open our newly released  Kingsoft Free Office 2013 is a clean, new interface. The old features  are still there along with some new ones that are huge time savers. Compared with its previous versions, Office 2013 has a greatly improved compatibility with Microsoft Office (97/2000/2003/2007/2010).

What’s new in Office 2013?

Kingsoft Writer 2013

• Add/Remove line numbers
• Show/Hide Footnote or Endnote
• Improve the page number setting up ability, and adjust the page number position by one click.
• Improve the feature of the editing bubble box
• Display embedded font, even without TrueType font installed on your computer

Kingsoft Spreadsheets 2013

• Different color scheme for brackets, such as the brackets for formulas.
• Disable automatic scientific notation when enter large numbers
• Easier to select a cell with a hyperlink in it by clicking the blank space of the cell
• Easier to adjust the column width when the width is too big.
• Preserve cell formatting, when data is refreshed in PivotTable.
• Add 37 new functions including statistical and financial functions
• Support multiple criteria in filter, and quickly locate the needed data
• Add new shortcut “Alt+;” to quickly jump to visible cells.
• Add Normal View, Page Break Preview, and Reading View button in the status bar.
• Sheet tab improvement:

1. Change sheet tab font size;
2. Retrieve sheet name
3. Add new worksheet button

• Expand the row and column number, supporting 1048576 rows and 16384 columns.
• Add goal seek feature
• Display the row and column number of the selected data range in the parameter of function.

• Package PPT files into folders or compress files.
